Waiver
This option is for two groups of people:
- Allows an advanced user to save money on a new system by saying that the purchaser waives all support on the PC but for a 30-day hardware only warranty. The owner will support his or her own computer.
- Computers that are used outside of Sonoma County cannot be adequately supported, so Vanco Computing cannot offer support beyond the 30-day hardware support.
This 30-day hardware only support is for component mail-in only, but if the customer wishes to have Vanco Computing perform on-site hardware replacement, the fee to do so will vary by distance traveled and time of day.
